Every endeavour is made to keep on-line store prices up to date, some prices may vary and are subject to change without notice. All on-line orders will be forwarded when payment is received.
For Goods and Products not manufactured by Leather Online, the warranty shall be the current warranty provided by the manufacturer of the Goods and Products. Leather Online shall be under no liability whatsoever except those stated by manufacturer in the warranty.
Privacy is important and all client information is kept private and confidential and not exchanged with any other party. Credit Card details are not held beyond on-line ordering requirements
Leather Online will endeavour to deliver on-line orders complete at time of order. However should the order be in seperate instalments each instalment will be treated as individual orders and charged and delivered in accordance with the conditions of the original order.
All orders will be delivered with a Sales/Receipt Tax Invoice and transaction receipt.
Shipping
Delivery of orders to a third party nominated by client at time of on-line order will be deemed to be delivered to the client under Leather Online terms and condition.
Postal/delivery costs will be calculated on a per order basis depending on weight and size of order and postal/delivery destination. Where ever possible the most economical freight costs will be calculated with Australia Post being the preferred carrier.
Returns
Please choose carefully, we do not exchange products if you have changed your mind. We will happily offer a refund or exchange if the product is in any way faulty or damaged in shipping, so long as the product is returned (in original packaging) to us within 10 (ten) days of you receiving it. Return freight costs will be the responsibility of the returning party. If there is something about the product you are unhappy with, please let us know, so we can try to improve our services.
